The mission of the Matrix Biology Institute is to conduct and support research on the biological function and medical use of HYALURONAN, a unique polysaccharide molecule filling the space between the cells of the human body. Our objective is to further biological and medical knowledge and to promote the therapeutic potential of HYALURONAN by conducting research, publishing our research findings, and educating the scientific community and general public about HYALURONAN.
